The studio is open Monday to Saturday. Opening hours are 9 to 7. We are glad to answer your questions, though we may be busy attending someone: please, leave your name and telephone number in the answering machine, and we will call you as soon as we can. Conveniently housed in the center of the city, Pilates Rotterdam is one of the longest running studios in Rotterdam. In a seriously friendly atmosphere, you get to train with some of the best trainers in the field in the best-equipped studio for the practice of Pilates in Europe. Also, for more than a decade the studio has been home to a research center so the clients enjoy the benefit from the most detailed equipment and the most accurate routines. The studio is visited frequently by teachers from all over the world who want to share the fun and the work.
